In November 2023, over 200 valued customers and partners of Eneco gathered in Antwerp for Horizon XL, a live event designed to inform, inspire, and ignite conversation around the future of energy and society. The evening brought together a powerhouse lineup of speakers, including journalist Rudi Vranckx, economist Stijn Baert, climate scientist Valerie Trouet, financial expert Paul D'Hoore, and Bert Clinckers, Managing Director of Eneco Belgium. The thought-provoking talks explored global change, climate challenges, economic trends, and Eneco's vision for a sustainable tomorrow. The event ended on a lighter note with a hilarious set by stand-up comedian Bert Gabriëls, bringing laughter and reflection together on one stage.

We handled the complete creation and direction of the show, from scripting and content planning to stage flow and visual storytelling. To boost engagement during the talks, we deployed live polling powered by our own custom Wavely platform, giving the audience a voice and creating real-time interaction between speakers and attendees. The entire event was professionally captated with multi-camera production, and the full experience was later shared online, extending the impact beyond the event itself. With sharp insights, seamless technology, and a strong narrative, Horizon XL became more than just a conference. It became a shared journey into the energy landscape of tomorrow.
